CV19 Testing survey

Dear Parents & Carers,

Can I ask you to fill in this survey from EA regarding the testing process in our school. It seems likely that the testing will continue when we return in September. EA are trying to establish how to encourage as many as possible to take part in the testing as this is the best way to identify non symptomatic pupils and staff and hence keep our school free of COVID. Your response to this will help to inform future operation of the programme.
