What a fantastic effort by Year 12 CoPE students, with the help of Mrs Douglas-Brown and Mrs Drake. They all worked together, demonstrated wonderful teamwork skills and put on a thoroughly soup-er show.
I for one was bowled over by their effort but also to the generosity of those who came to buy soup, wheaten, cakes and crumble.
To think that a large proportion of their ingredients were grown in their own school garden! That they sowed the seed, raised the plants and harvested the crops to put on this event, I soup-pose, is a wonderful achievement.
They raised £90!
I think that is time to cele-ry-brate!
