I emailed students in my literacy classes a few weeks ago to tell them about a challenge, ran by the BBC, called Two Minute Tales. The idea is you are given a theme and then have to write a story no longer than two minutes to read.
One of the Year 10 students entered a story in the competition and have received a certificate for their entry. Fingers crossed that their entry is successful at the next stage too!
